Enter Competitions

Welcome to the ‘Enter Competitions’ wizard. If you have an account on this site you can Login here (please do not create another account). If you are a club or county team captain and wish to enter your shooters into our leagues, you can continue with this wizard but you will need to add your club or county to your dashboard at the next stage.
If you do not have an account, this wizard will guide you through the process to enable you to enter competitions run on this site. Firstly we’ll check our database to see if your email address is associated with any league entries previously made. Please enter your email address below.

How to Use This Page

  • How to use this Wizard
    Please follow the instructions in the panel on the left. Please do not create a second account if you already have an account on this site. You can either click on the 'Login here' link or click on the 'Login' button top right. For security reasons we will validate your email address, so please ensure you have access to your emails when filling in this form. For further help on each of the fields in this form, please click on the 'Help' button on the top right.
  • Entering competitions as an individual shooter
    Please enter your email address to start the wizard. For security reasons we will need to verify that you are the owner of your email address. If your email address is found on our system, either because you have an account or have entered leagues previously, follow the message in red text. You will need to provide as many details as possible as these will be the details used to contact you. This wizard will create an account for you so you will be able to enter competitions in the future by logging in to your dashboard.
  • Entering club/county shooters into competitions
    Please follow the instructions in the left hand panel, entering your email address to start the wizard. This wizard will collect all your personal details in order to create an account for you. When you complete the wizard you will be taken to your dashboard where you will need to add your club or county. Full instructions will be provided on the dashboard. Details provided here will be used to contact you, as your club/county representative.
Guidance on how to use this page
  • How do I enter my club/county shooters into leagues?
    If you haven't previously created a personal account for yourself on this site, you can do so by completing the wizard form on this page. The league organisers will require your personal contact details to send stickers to and contact you about your league entry. Once you have completed this form and click 'Next', you will be taken to your personal Dashboard. You will need to find the icon 'Add Club' or 'Add County' in your account panel and click on it. Select Option 2 and complete the input fields. If your club has already been added to the database you will need to ask the other club/county officials who created the club/county account for permission to manage league entries on the site. Full help instructions will be provided on the Dashboard.
  • Why do you ask for my email address?
    Primarily, your email address is required for security reasons when you create an account. We will send an automated email during the account creation process that you will need to verify receipt of within 24hrs. League organisers also require your email address as a means of contacting you in relation to your league entry, so we need to check that the email address is valid.

    We also ask for your email address to check whether we have it stored in our database from previous entries made, either as an individual or from a club/county entry. We would like to try and join instances of your participation in our leagues and will use your email address as an identifier.
  • What do the system messages mean when I enter my email address?
    When you enter your email address, the system will comment on your email address in red text. If your email address is recognised in the system as having an account you will need to enter your password. Please do NOT create another account. If you cannot remember your password, simply click on the 'Recover Account' button and an automated email will be sent to you to reset your password. You will then be able to log in to your account and enter leagues by clicking on the 'Enter Leagues' icon in either your personal account panel in your dashboard or your club/county panel (if you are entering club/county shooters).

    If your email address has been entered into our database when you previously entered leagues on this site, whether as an individual or through a club/county, the red system message will alert you to this. An automated email will be sent to you so you can verify that you are the owner of that email address. If your club/county captain entered your email address into their shooter's details then the system will show that club/county in a list at the bottom of the wizard form. You can tick the tickbox alongside each of the clubs/counties if you are still associated with them.

    If your email address is associated with a previous entry then the details held in the database will be shown in the wizard form. You can edit those details if required, and complete the empty fields prior to clicking the 'Next' button.

    If your email address isn't found in the system, then the message will reflect this. You will then need to fill in all the fields that you can in the wizard. The league organisers will require all contact information as stickers will need to be sent to your address.
  • Do I need to state my gender?
    Some competitions run on this site are for specific groups of people, such a 'women', 'veteran' or 'junior'. By selecting these identifiers in the wizard, you can be identified as being eligible for those competitions.
  • I don't have an NSRA membership number?
    Some competitions run on this site are for members only, but there are competitions where membership isn't required. Please check that the competition you wish to enter doesn't require membership.
  • Why do you need my address and telephone number?
    These details will be used by the league organisers on this site to send your target stickers to, whether you are entering competitions as an individual or entering shooters on behalf of a club or county. The telephone number will be used if the organisers need to contact you if email communication isn't successful.
  • Can I use this wizard to enter a junior shooter?
    If you wish to enter a junior into competitions run on this site, you will need to fill in the wizard on this page on behalf of the junior. Please enter the junior's name and date of birth, but provide the contact details of the adult responsible for the junior. Please do not provide the email address and telephone number of the junior.

    If you wish to enter yourself into leagues, as well as a junior you are responsible for, you will need to create a second account for yourself or for the junior. You will, however, require a second email address for yourself or the junior as your email address cannot be used for two accounts.
  • What constitutes a 'veteran'?
    Check with the competition organisers to see what their age criteria is for entering competitions as a veteran. Enter your year of birth once you have ticked the 'Veteran' box.
  • Why is there a club or county listed below the wizard form?
    If the system found your email address in the database, it will be because you have previously entered competitions on this site and either the league organisers or your club/county captain recorded your email address in their list of shooters. By ticking the box, this links your previous entries in the database with the account you are creating now. With future developments of this website, this linking of records in the database will enable additional functionality.
  • What happens when I click the 'Next' button?
    The 'Next' button takes you to your Dashboard, where you can manage all aspects of your account. If there are leagues open for entry, they will be listed in a panel on the Dashboard with an 'Enter' button alongside them. There are full instructions and help on that page.
